After you book your session, the booking request will be approved, invoice will be emailed, and appropriate pre-requisite forms will be sent to you via email to fill in prior to your appointment if needed. If you have trouble filling in the pre-requisite forms or have questions, please contact Nikki, nikki@naturesvibrationz.com or ‪(813) 444-2395.

You may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours of your appointment time. Cancellations or schedule changes may be made via email or text to Nikki (813) 682-7041. Invoices must be paid 24 hours prior to your appointment and will be cancelled if they are not paid at that time.

NOTE: Asrtrology sessions CANNOT BE CANCELLED once research has began as there is preliminary work that goes into researching your birth chart and pre-requisite material that needs to be prepared prior to the session. However, you are able to reschedule the session up to 12 hours before your appointment time by texting Nikki ‪(813) 444-2395. You will not be able to reschedule via your confirmation link for these appointment types.
